Janitorial & Housekeeping Services We provide a high standard of professional janitorial and housekeeping services to our clients. We understand that our work areas or lodges at project camp sites are home away from home for our clients and go that extra mile to ensure that hygiene and comfort are always the end result of our service to our clients. No. Deliverables How we deliver 1 Security Ensure that our staffs are security cautious at all times and make security of our clients and their properties our business in the course of working at their sites. 2 Housekeeping Ensure that our staffs are properly trained and skilled in the art of maintaining and cleaning our clients’ sites and homes/lodges. 3 Laundry Industrial Standard Laundry with highest regard to professionalism, standard and integrity. We do this with timeliness and thoroughness. 4 Commercial Cleaning Apply strict standards in the procedures of cleaning and ensure the chemicals and equipment we use are safe and appropriate to the cleaning requirement. 5 Pest Control Inspect and conduct industry standards testing of rooms and work sites to ensure we apply the suitable pesticides and insecticides and conduct periodic audits and checks to ensure re-growth is minimized. 6 Inspection Our Supervisors inspect worksites and rooms’ cleanliness standards at the end of each sift by our staff and ensure that our standards are maintained on a daily basis, every day. B. Waste Management Services We have worked with and served the giant Porgera Mine in Enga Province for last 22 years and during that time we have managed and complied with strict environmental policies and waste management systems and processes. We have developed and gained immense technical knowhow and skill in managing wastes from both mining and industrial sites. We are fully conscious of the environment laws of the Country and ensure that our waste management practices uphold the social license of our clients to operate. C. Camp Management Services We have advanced experience in camp management and associated services in major project sites and service world class resource developers. Our camp management services include; Room occupancy We have developed a rooms’ management system that enables efficient room transition and room occupancy data system. Housekeeping This compliments our housekeeping services D. Camp and Infrastructure Maintenance Services We also employee qualified tradespersons in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other trades as applicable to ensure our camp management services is complete and effective to our clients satisfaction. 3. WE ARE READY! Our Company is prepared to start providing the above services once we are given the go ahead by clients. We have all necessary equipment, PPE’s, Office equipment and more importantly have our qualified and experienced personnel on stand-by to proceed once our costing and business plan is approved.
