• You own or have permission to use all materials in the listing
• The listing does not violate any laws or infringe on rights of others

PNG Online reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain misleading information.

4. Enquiry System

PNG Online provides an enquiry system to connect potential customers with businesses. Users acknowledge that:

• Business owners will receive the enquirer’s contact information
• PNG Online does not guarantee a response from the business
• Enquiries are subject to spam filtering and moderation
• PNG Online is not responsible for disputes between parties

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Engaging in discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, etc.
• Posting sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Promoting illegal activities or products
• Using the Platform for competitive intelligence gathering

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on PNG Online, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PNG Online or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without explicit permission.

User-generated content (listings, enquiries) remains your property, but by posting on PNG Online, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

PNG Online is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNG Online is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
• Disputes between users or with third parties
• Content posted by other users

Your total liability against PNG Online shall not exceed the amount you paid for services (if any) in the past 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of PNG Online shall be governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Users agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

9. Termination of Account

PNG Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

10. Paid Services

For paid advertising, featured listings, or other premium services:

• Pricing and terms are provided at the time of purchase
• Refunds are subject to PNG Online’s refund policy
• PNG Online does not guarantee any specific results from paid services
• Auto-renewal services will be clearly disclosed

11. No Endorsement

PNG Online does not endorse or verify the accuracy of business listings or user content. Users are responsible for verifying information before making business decisions or purchases based on Platform content.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. PNG Online is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

13. Modifications to the Platform

PNG Online may modify or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. While we will attempt to provide notice of significant changes, PNG Online is not liable for modifications or service interruptions.
